Acceptable, But Shuttle Was a Problem

The room had a reasonable level of cleanliness.
The shuttle service was a joke. Staff said conflicting things about reservations. It seemed like a complete runaround. The noise from the hallway kept me awake several times .

The pool was great! i liked the laundry room for washing clothes. the cafe was very convenient. I was happy about that.
The bar was very expensive, and the drinks were small. That was disappointing. i would not recommend getting the pastries from the breakfast shop. They were hard. the coffee tasted like it had salt added, yikes.

i enjoyed the pool a lot it was clean and refreshing after the parks. the hotel offered complimentary towels at poolside this was a real plus. i found the cafe convenient for morning coffee and pastries saving time each day. our room was close to the smoking area , made things very simple for me.
i did notice the breakfast area was a bit small it caused some waiting during peak hours.

the hotel offers a quick trip to universal citywalk it's only a short walk away. the outlet mall is nearby offering easy access to shopping. the central location provides convenient access to many attractions.

the room was clean everything worked well inside it met our needs perfectly. larger shampoo conditioner and lotion dispensers are attached to the wall that's a plus. the beds were firm i slept soundly each night.

the hotel has a nice indian restaurant offering very good food. the fusion restaurant provides masala fries with a discount a tasty treat. a cafe offers convenient options for coffee and muffins each morning.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is near Universal parks. I liked having a coffee shop on site. The staff were friendly.
The room smelled strongly of mold. The pool was cold and had trash. I was unable to get hot water in my room.
